Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent across diverse industries including automotive engineering, IT, and skilled trades
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Detroit metropolitan area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and local networking events
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up protocols
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving quarterly placement targets of 15-20 professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with staffing agency or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of placing technical professionals in Detroit's key industries
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Strong network within Michigan's professional community with demonstrated relationship-building skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
