Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment analytics
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate offers
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of 50+ annual placements
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional recruiting certification (CPC/SPHR) a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
