Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering sectors using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop deep client relationships through consultative account management and strategic talent mapping
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with ATS precision
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position clients as top employers
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies and interview best practices
- Implement diversity recruitment initiatives to build inclusive work environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record in Minneapolis market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85%+ offer acceptance rate
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in specialized industries
- Advanced knowledge of Minnesota employment laws and compliance requirements
