Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Fortune 500 clients in tech, media, and entertainment sectors
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and closing high-volume roles
- Leverage AI-driven ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Develop strategic partnerships with department heads at client companies
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or creative staffing experience with LA-based agencies
- Proven track record placing roles in software development, UX design, or marketing
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment frameworks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) required
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Deep network of LA tech professionals and startup founders
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with 95% fill rate
- Spanish language proficiency a strong plus
