Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts including Fortune 500 companies
- Develop strategic hiring campaigns leveraging our proprietary talent database of 50,000+ professionals
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using validated competency frameworks
- Negotiate compensation packages and close placements with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on our ATS workflows and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruiting experience with a proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for tech, healthcare, or supply chain roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives
- Data-driven mindset with ability to present recruitment metrics dashboards
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
