Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced Boolean sourcing and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients with 95% fill rate targets
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize candidate pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using validated methodologies
- Build and maintain client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Prime, and niche job boards
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with offer acceptance rates above 85%
- Ability to maintain 20+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data-driven reporting
- Valid Nevada driver's license for client site visits
