Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ North Texas companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and industry networks
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing industry experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech/healthcare sectors
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network of Fort Worth/Dallas talent pools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
