Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates for technical, healthcare, and finance roles across South Florida
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with 15+ key client stakeholders
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize talent pipelines
- Mentor junior recruiters through our structured professional development program
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics analysis
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
