Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize agency recruitment workflows
- Exceed monthly placement and revenue targets through strategic client partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with a proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong network of candidates and client contacts in the Charlotte market
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
