Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key clients in Boston's tech, biotech, and healthcare industries
- Sourcel, interview, and place high-caliber candidates for permanent positions across various disciplines
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and ATS systems to identify passive candidates
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent advisory services to clients
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and agency operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with focus on full-time placements
- Proven track record placing candidates in Boston's tech, healthcare, or biotech sectors
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong network of active and passive candidates in Greater Boston
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with documented placement metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
