Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Orlando and broader Florida market to understand their hiring needs and strategic goals.
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates and conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding support to ensure seamless placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market shifts in Florida to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate and client documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with federal and state regulations.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets by filling critical roles efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within the staffing agency industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to entry-level candidates.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar).
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Florida job market and professional networks.
- Drive & Motivation: Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting sales and recruitment targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
