Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and place top-tier candidates across government, tech, and professional services sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Manage pipeline of 50+ active candidates while maintaining 95% client satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement best practices in candidate assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of technical recruitment/staffing experience in DC Metro area
- Proven track record placing candidates in federal contracting or tech roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing complex placements
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain government clearance
