Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and hiring managers to understand their workforce needs.
- Execute targeted recruitment strategies and utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to source passive talent.
- Consult with clients on salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and high retention rates for all placements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through business development activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or account management.
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales and placement quotas.
- Strong knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL job market and local industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
