The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and drive technical excellence within our agile squads.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Optimize database performance and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define technical requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Debug complex issues and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
