Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and contract positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to ensure the best fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data records.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably within a full-cycle recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales and placement targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
