Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for various technical and professional roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client hiring goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates through exceptional communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
