We are looking for a self-starter who can manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Manage relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent pools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and employer branding strategies.
- Organize and attend networking events and job fairs to expand our network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site meetings.
