Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to fulfill staffing orders for our diverse client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market intelligence.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet placement targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and salary benchmarks in the Albuquerque area.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Participate in sales activities, including networking events and job fairs, to generate new business leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle, from placement to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within the Human Resources sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
