Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates in permanent and contract positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and staffing requirements.
- Develop a robust pipeline of passive candidates using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and salary benchmarks to advise both clients and candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through high-quality placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
