You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates to closing deals with enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates for key roles in the Illinois market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to secure placements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage a robust pipeline of candidates, utilizing modern ATS tools and creative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Illinois labor market and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
