Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to fill open positions for our diverse client base across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular networking and strategic follow-ups.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and accurate salary benchmarks.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets in a commission-based role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and social recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for client visits (preferred).
