Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates in the Baltimore market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and long-term goals.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide market feedback to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Represent the company at local networking events and job fairs to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the US market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
