Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier candidates across technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS technology
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs' labor market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
