Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse roles within the Houston market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling positions within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed sales and recruitment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Must be willing to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
