Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries, including IT, Finance, and Healthcare.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Manage candidate communication from the initial application to the offer stage.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
