Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using advanced recruitment strategies including social media, networking, and job boards
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in various industries
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and candidate quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid Arizona driver's license for local client meetings and candidate interviews
