Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced Boolean searches and proactive networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver strategic workforce solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95%+ compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with agency/staffing background
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (billings, placements, retention)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong understanding of Detroit's talent market and key industry sectors
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional client meetings
