Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse client accounts and industries.
- Source candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and skill fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, including technical assessments.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in technical, administrative, or professional roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
