Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs in Phoenix metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Phoenix market
- Proven track record of filling technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent hiring requests
- Strong local network and knowledge of Phoenix industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
