Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical, administrative, and light industrial positions.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse candidates.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
