Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in IT, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build robust talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate through exceptional follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience in Miami market
- Proven track record of filling urgent roles within 7-10 days
- Expert knowledge of South Florida talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CIPD certification preferred
