Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for various industries.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Providing market feedback and talent intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
