Responsibilities
- Source and place high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic partnership and consultative selling
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly placement and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven recruitment experience in staffing or corporate environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's job market and talent landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
