Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in NYC's competitive market
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using competency frameworks
- Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with client business objectives
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding logistics for high-value placements
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven recruitment insights to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience in NYC metro area
- Proven track record placing candidates in finance, SaaS, or digital media
- Expert-level knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Deep network of passive candidates across NYC's tech and finance sectors
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles under tight deadlines
