Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-priority clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments aligned with client competency frameworks
- Lead client relationship management through quarterly business reviews and pipeline forecasting
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance protocols (EEO, OFCCP) and ATS optimization
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven client portfolio
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever) and data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Deep Philadelphia regional network with established tech/finance connections
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes searches simultaneously
