Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum algorithms for complex financial modeling and drug discovery.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction layers for near-term devices.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready architectures.
- Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra and probability theory.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
