Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario analyses for industry transformation pathways
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Present compelling vision frameworks to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published author or speaker at major futurist conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools (Tableau, Python, R)
