Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 Project, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Develop and fine-tune proprietary machine learning models to achieve state-of-the-art results in predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and integrating them into our product roadmap.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network training pipelines to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Quantum Ready: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and drive innovative solutions.
