Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and prototyping of 6G wireless networks, focusing on terahertz frequencies and AI-native protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, hardware engineers, and regulatory bodies to define 2026 compliance standards.
- Optimize network slicing and edge computing architectures for massive IoT deployments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation in signal processing and network theory.
- Conduct feasibility studies for integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in 5G/5G-Advanced and network architecture.
- Deep understanding of mmWave, beamforming, and network slicing technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for simulation and modeling.
- Experience with standardization bodies (3GPP, ITU-R) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
