Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, time, and cost objectives are met.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and reporting on project health.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations within the Fresno metropolitan area.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
