Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT or consulting.
- Proven track record of managing full-time projects in Jacksonville or surrounding areas.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
