Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within a corporate or technical environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
