Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between technical staff, vendors, and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or operations management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area is preferred.
