Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and planning to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Agile Coordination: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to maintain a high-velocity development workflow.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring that team capacity is optimized for maximum productivity.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early in the process, developing proactive strategies to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, meeting minutes, and change logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Information Technology sector.
- Methodology: Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies with a proven track record of leading successful sprints.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with a commitment to specific availability windows.
