Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive team efficiency and product quality.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or technical sector.
- Strong proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana.
- PMP, CAPM, or PSM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
