Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery with precision and safety.
- Perform regular quality control inspections and report defects immediately.
- Set up machines and tools according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize production schedules and workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery (CNC, lathe, or mill).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
