Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to client specifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Complete daily shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4:30 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
