- Operate and monitor complex manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict specifications.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and internal company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and increase production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards and ensure compliance.
- Document production data, including machine settings and output metrics, accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in reading technical schematics or blueprints.
