Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech or business publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
