Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable, high-performance systems, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor senior engineers and junior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Native) and recommend strategic implementations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage technical debt and drive initiatives to modernize legacy systems for long-term stability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and delivering complex products to market.
- Expert knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
